Morecambe Carnival is Back!

Morecambe Carnival is back thanks to local businessman David Brayshaw. During a night out with friends in Morecambe, the conversation had inevitably turned  to Morecambe’s demise as a tourist destination, the closure of pubs and small shops and how sad it was that so many businesses had closed. David decided that rather than just bemoan
